Longstanding, happy customer for around 10 years. Trusted them with my R36 VW, CLA45 AMG, and now my C63s AMG. I’m very fussy and wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else.
Replaced front rotors and pads on my BMW M3 CS. Called up for a quote, prices were reasonable. They fit me in quickly as the brakes were warped after heavy use on a track day and the car no longer felt safe to drive. Thought it needed all rotors replaced but after inspection they said only the fronts were needed. They fixed the issue and didn’t overcharge for parts and labour that wasn’t required on the rear.
I will still probably need to replace the rears after my next track day and will be confident to return to Haines.

Wow what a Rollercoaster of emotions its been.
Had my E63s 5.5ltr V8 Bi Turbo tuned here 4 years ago, they did a stage 2 tune plus organised my Black Boost Dual cold air intake from USA. Then I got offered another tune somewhere else that was supposedly to be “The New Kid on the block!”, I got it tuned and had issues ever since… came back to Haines and the team went through it, diagnosed the issue(s) that 2 other tune places could even do, pick my car up today, made more power, around 440rwkw and those issues I’ve had for last year and a half, GONE! But that’s only thanks to Haines and the team. Highly recommended and I’m highly grateful for there servicemen-ship!
